When you place a custom order service (anything not ready made for purchase on the online store or in shop) at Psalm 34 Bakery and Catering for cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods and treats, we require a non-refundable 50% of your total payment down directly after ordering so we can hold your date in our baking and creation schedule. Your date for pickup/event will not be held on our calendar until this payment is accepted.

 

The final 50% of payment is due one week prior to the pickup/event in which you will receive an invoice via the email provided during the ordering process. If we do not receive your final payment within 24-48 hours of the final invoice being sent, we will be unable to provide custom order services and your order will be cancelled.

 

If you would like to make any changes after booking, you can do so up until one week prior to the pickup/event and the balance for your invoice will be adjusted. If for some reason you need to cancel, again the 50% down payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your down payment is still applicable for a later pickup/event date for up to 3 months of original pickup/event date. After this timeframe you will not be allowed to use the original payment at Psalm 34 Bakery and Catering.

If by chance there is time available in our schedule and you place a custom order for pickup/event in less than a week of the pickup/event date, you will be required to pay 100% of your total payment to place your order. This will be non-refundable as well.  If you need to reschedule, your down payment is still applicable for a later pickup/event date for up to 3 months of original pickup/event date. After this timeframe you will not be allowed to use the original payment at Psalm 34 Bakery and Catering.
